M4 — Go-live

Made the India book real. Live upstream pulls, auto-provisioning, and reconciliation of the two funding legs.

The architecture lock

"Go direct." The ledger connects directly to both ViewTrade and GlomoPay for transaction data. api-global's only remaining role is provisioning — the customer-identity mapping. No hops on the data path.

What shipped

  • Live ViewTrade sync (funding wires + orders).
  • Live GlomoPay sync (LRS orders + FX-spread revenue + confirmation overlay).
  • Provisioning job — pull customer registry from api-global.
  • LRS ↔ ViewTrade reconciliation (per-customer + per-remittance tie-out).
  • Category-C recon check that degrades to ok on the UAE book.
  • Frontend panels for reconciliation + provisioning.

What was deferred at M4 and later closed

  • Live ViewTrade + GlomoPay sync — deferred until credentials landed; now running live.
  • Historical-trades backfill — still deferred (no date-ranged ViewTrade endpoint).
  • 1500 Cash-in-Transit GL posting — machinery exists; read-side recon shipped instead as lower-risk.
