M1 — Foundation

The stand-up milestone. The India book gets its database, its chart of accounts, and a read-only spike proving ViewTrade authentication works — all without touching the UAE code path.

What shipped​

  • India chart of accounts (19 accounts, USD-only, ViewTrade custodian).
  • Entity configuration (ENTITY_ID = VALURA_IND_IFSC).
  • ViewTrade authentication spike (read-only).

What didn't ship in M1 (moved to M2+)​

  • Actually ingesting funding wires or trades.
  • Any GlomoPay data.
  • Any recost logic for India.
  • Any frontend changes.

M1 was deliberately minimal — a foundation, not a feature set.
