UAE book

The live baseline. UAE customers investing globally.

What it covers

  • US-equity trades + custody via GTN (Global Trading Network). Customers' USD cash and share positions live at GTN.
  • AED holdings + cash via ZAG / Aldar. UAE local-equity trades, AED wallet balances.
  • Physical gold custody via OGold.
  • Private markets custody.
  • Cash-request workflow — the write-path for manual deposits / withdrawals when the broker API isn't the initiator.
  • Full reconciliation surface — trial balance, per-customer wallet derivation, GTN cash + securities recon, ZAG holdings recon, aging of pending flows.

Who uses it

  • Finance — trial balance, earnings, revenue breakdown, per-customer statements.
  • Ops — cash-request workflow, in-flight ops, reconciliation dashboards.
  • Regulator — full audit trail per customer, per event.

What's different from India

The UAE book has been running longer, so it has some things India doesn't:

  • Multi-currency (AED + USD accounts).
  • Gold + private-markets custody.
  • Cash-request workflow (write path).
  • No LRS / TCS / capital-gains-tax reports (those are India-specific).

And the India book has some things UAE doesn't:

  • FX-spread revenue tracking.
  • ViewTrade Payable account.
  • LRS / TCS / capital-gains / dividends / Schedule FA reports.

Both books share the same accounting engine and reconciliation framework.
